Job Description: Roosters Men's Grooming Center, a leading men's grooming salon, is seeking talented and experienced Barbers/Stylists to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As a Barber/Stylist at Roosters, you will provide exceptional hair services to our male clientele, offering precision haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and other grooming treatments. We are looking for individuals with a passion for men's grooming, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to work in a professional and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality barbering and hairstyling services, including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and grooming treatments, in accordance with customer preferences and style trends.
• Demonstrate excellent technical skills and expertise in using various barbering tools and equipment.
• Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including barbering tools and equipment.
• Stay updated with the latest grooming trends and techniques through continuous education and training.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and professional work environment.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and hygienic workspace.

Requirements:

• Valid barber or hairstylist license issued by the PA state regulatory board.
• Proven experience as a barber or stylist, with expertise in men's grooming techniques.
• Excellent proficiency in providing precision haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and grooming services.
• Strong knowledge of different hair types, facial hair styles, and grooming products.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality services.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients efficiently.
• Flexibility to work full-time or part-time hours, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings as per the salon's schedule.
