Florence Crittenton serves girls and young women ages 10-25, with a mission to provide every girl whose life we touch with safety, hope, and opportunity. In service to this mission, Florence Crittenton provides emergency shelter, residential housing, healthcare, education, counseling, and social support programs.
POSITION SUMMARY
Provides direct client care supervision to adolescent girls, ages 10-18 (clients) in a residential group home setting as part of a treatment team. Participates in therapeutic interaction, guidance, support, and role modeling while monitoring resident behavior according to program guidelines. Fosters and creates positive relationships and communicates with team members, residents, resident families, and visitors.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED. Experience in the social services field preferred.
Must have and maintain a valid Arizona Driver's License and an acceptable driving record.
Maintain a valid and unexpired Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Able to obtain CPR (adult and infant), CPI, and First Aid certification, before working unsupervised.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1)Florence Crittenton's Team Members will support the Agency's vision and role model

c. Being efficient with time at work.
d. Communicating effectively with management, staff, clients, and visitors.
e. Being flexible and taking criticism constructively.

2) Florence Crittenton's Team Members will support compliance-related items by:
a. Following internal procedures and external regulations.
b. Bringing compliance issues to the attention of management.
c. Successfully completing regulatory training requirements periodically.
d. Working collaboratively in all facets of the position to meet position requirements and support Agency goals.
SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS
Overnight Shift $1.50 additional per hour.
Afternoon Shift $2.00 additional per hour.
