Job Description
Gould Intelligent (an Arizona company) is seeking a Bilingual Call Center Specialist (Spanish) for a 3 – 4 month contract in downtown Phoenix, Arizona. Position will be required to be on site. Pay range is $20 - $22/hr. Dress code is business.
Candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls and emails from the general public in both English and Spanish. Candidate must have a high level of PC proficiency including Microsoft Office and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to move from task to task amid interruptions. Candidate must have one year experience in a call center environment and a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Preferred candidate will have experience working in K – 12 education and/or experience with Cisco Finesse or Cisco Jabber phones.
Must be eligible to work for any U.S. employer without sponsorship (no corp. to corp./or third parties), currently reside in Arizona, be able to be work onsite in Phoenix, AZ and be able to pass relevant background check.
