Pay: $33.32 - $36.62/hr

Position Responsibilities:

·     Ensures plant equipment runs and functions properly with the least amount of down time.

·     Diagnose, analyze, and troubleshoot problems with equipment and/or operating systems which may involve tearing down equipment.

·     Maintain motor drive controllers and troubleshoot with PLC’s under little or no supervision.

·     Work with other departments/employees to accomplish maintenance assignments in a timely manner.

·     Work with other maintenance technicians to changeover lines and run production as required.

·     Operate a variety of typical shop tools such as drill press, lathes, and grinders to accomplish task.

·     Responsible for the efficient line operation, which includes safety, quality and line performance.

·     This includes demonstrated ability and experience to guide 10+ coworkers on the line.


Minimum Requirements:

·     Industrial Technology certificate or equivalent.

·     Minimum of three (3) years industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing/production environment.

·     Ability to perform mechanical repairs using shop equipment and consulting with others to determine specific needs, modifications, etc.

·     Must have knowledge and experience in programmable logic controllers. Must possess good communication skills and be willing to participate in a team environment.

·     Ability to work any shift, weekends, and overtime as required.

·     Candidates must be willing to learn and capable of conforming to hygiene and sanitation requirements as described in the Brown-Forman Housekeeping and Sanitation Manual.
