Broker Services Coordinator
Job Description
Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate, Summit Countys leading real estate brokerage, is looking for a dynamic professional to join our team of support staff. The Broker Services Coordinator ensures smooth operations of our high-end real estate office by coordinating front desk responsibilities, providing elevated customer service, supporting brokers, maintaining office presentation, and assisting with marketing and business planning. They must demonstrate consistent attendance, a proactive attitude, and an ability to learn various company platforms (FlexMLS, kvCore, Marq, Xpress Docs, Office 365), serving as a resource for training. Additionally, they may support the Branch Broker with tasks such as report generation, meeting scheduling, and office event planning.
This is position is scheduled 4 days per week: Friday/ Saturday at our Keystone office, and Sunday/ Monday at our Frisco office.

Responsibilities:
- Supports brokers with marketing and administrative tasks, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations of a fast-paced office
- Sets up showings and appointments, creates marketing materials for listings, answers the office phone, greets all visitors, and carries out general office duties
- This role requires a skill set that includes a high level of comfort with technology, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to problem-solve and excel in a self-directed environment
Location: On-Site at our Slifer Smith & Frampton Offices in Frisco and Keystone
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $24 -$26/ hour + Quarterly Bonuses based on performance
Schedule: 8:30 am-5pm Friday through Monday
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Minimum of a 2-year college degree or equivalent marketing & administrative experience
- Computer proficiency including using programs such as Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point and other web-based software programs
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a sense of professionalism
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
