DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• Job Title: Call Center Associate
• Location: Northwest Houston, TX
• Pay: $19
• Hours: Night and Weekend Shift hours may vary, must have a flexible schedule.
• Duration: Temp to Hire
• Description of Duties: Assist customers with online equipment orders. Manage accounts, answer inbound calls, place orders via outbound calls, enter and review orders, and follow up with client requirements: Detail oriented, excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills, ability to take orders over the phone and enter them into database. Ability to type min 40 wpm. Bilingual a plus.
