Cancer Care Infusion Registered Nurse

Full-time position for an infusion nurse in the Cancer Care. Duties include but not limited to administration of chemotherapy and other infusions, planning and managing patient care according to each patient?s needs including scheduling of patient appointments, patient assessments, entering orders and script refills, prior authorizations, patient communications, and assisting or supporting medical oncology for quality patient care. This position works closely with the Cancer Care Oncology team. Position requires excellent people skills, demonstrated success in organizational skills and the ability to work well with staff. Bachelor of Nursing or ASN and a Montana RN license or the ability to obtain one is required for this position. Prefer 5 years of current acute care nursing and 1 year of current chemotherapy administration. Obtaining ONS chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification within 6 months of hire required. Must possess knowledge of general computer usage, including Word and Excel, and customer service experience. Epic or electronical medical record experience preferred.
