Client is seeking an Case Management IT Application Support Analyst to maintain and support the Public Defender's Case Management System. IT Application Support Analyst will provide technical support for vendor applications monitor versions and upgrades work directly with software vendors, customer departments organize, schedule, coordinate, instruct, and participate in work teams within a divisionfunctional area. IT Application Support Analyst is expected to perform independently and be proficient in all aspects of client server communications, application management and delegated administration, Perform a variety of tasks related to server-side application support, provide resolution during production outages, plan and manage the implementation, upgrade and maintenance of on-premise applications, analyze and mitigate performance and security issues, and lead the development, adoption and implementation of best practices related to application management and security. Application Management Knowledge of application architecture models, operating systems, networking and security concepts enterprise database management systems Active Directory web servers and common web browsers and Application Lifecycle Management Concepts. Application Administration Knowledge of enterprise business applications, web technologies, and security best practices techniques and procedures for administering business and enterprise applications computer programming principles and scripting languages and relational databases, database design, and object modeling.
