Job Preview at a Glance:

As a Therapist you will have an exciting position where no one day is the same! This staff member delivers solution-focused and strength-based telehealth, in-home or in-office services to members diagnosed with either or both mental health or substance abuse disorders. After hired Therapists spend their first two weeks in a supportive training environment, then transition to shadowing peers in the field. Therapists provide supportive services include: intakes, assessments, treatment planning, psychiatric support and group interventions.

Location: Phoenix Arizona 85021

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8a-5pm

We are currently seeking a full time In-Home Therapist to join our In - Home Program! This is a Monday-Friday position. Therapist positions are available throughout Maricopa County. Outpatient Clinic positions are Monday through Friday, during business hours. Staff accrue 3.3 weeks of PTO during their first year of employment, and receive 10 paid holidays.

Support:

Therapists report to a Licensed Clinical Program Director and Coordinator, and also have expert Leads for additional mentorship. Therapists receive free 1:1 clinical supervision, and are a part of a supportive interdisciplinary team which meets bi-weekly. Therapists are invited to an array of on-going, in-house education opportunities regarding cultural competency and modality building skills. Additionally, staff can receive tuition and certification reimbursement.

Job Duties:

  • Assessments criteria and programmatic goals, objectives, and activities.
  • Provides clinical assessment.
  • Develops treatment plans for clients in conjunction with team members.
  • Attends and participate in in-service training sessions and related training opportunities as made available, as well as appropriate staff meetings.
  • Documents client service provided according to the approved clinical standard rules, regulations, and procedures of the center.
  • Other job duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum requirement consists of 21-year age
  • Bachelors Degree required and a minimum of 1 year experience in the Behavioral Health field (Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work).
  • Required to maintain a valid Arizona drivers license and pass motor vehicle screening for insurance purposes in order to transport clients, based upon need/requirements of the clinic and/or program.
  • Required to maintain personal auto insurance per SBH guidelines.
  • Required to be available weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays as scheduled.
  • Certification of CPR and First Aid Training.
