Revenue reports, pricng models, anlysis of data for mgmt decision-mkng. Rspnd to evnt inqries, assess bookng reqs & offr tours of space. Serve as prim p.o.c for weddngs etc evnts, incl liaise w/ 3d-pty vndrs & svcs. Asst Director in dev, implem, & monitr budgt & sales/mrktng prjctions. Use Smart Draw sw to create floor plns & layouts for evnts. Reqs: 6 mos work exp prvding dining svcs & supp in prvt club, resort, or luxry estblshmnt; 3 mos exp using Jonas Club Management to rcrd & produce statemnts of chrgs, & to mng client profiles, prefs, & hist. data; 3 mos exp prvding dining svcs & supp for prvt caterd evnts, incl weddngs, ceremonies, & rehearsal dinnrs; 3 mos exp settng up fine dining rms for multip course meals.
