Wellness Clinic

has an exciting career opportunity for a qualified and experienced Program Manager. Under the direction of the Wellness Clinic Medical Director/Addiction Psychiatrist, this position leads a team of dedicated professionals and oversees the clinics daily operations. The Wellness Clinic Manager will join the Management Team in growing a multidisciplinary team focused on providing evidencebased addiction and behavioral health treatment to uninsured and underinsured patients in San Diego County. In addition, the team connects all patients to La Maestras primary care, specialty care, and social services to address all aspects of their health and wellbeing. The candidate will share the Wellness Clinics vision of reducing stigma surrounding addiction and behavioral health treatment, and providing excellent care to all community members.


* Responsible for supervising nonclinical staff .

* Meeting the goals and objectives of government grants .

* Developing and managing budgets and creating reports.

* Creating and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

* The successful candidate will be a problem solver with a positive outlook on finding solutions.

* Other as assigned.


* Bachelors degree or 3 years experience.
