Position Summary
The Channel Marketing Manager will grow and support our partner ecosystem. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing and co-marketing programs that drive awareness, demand, and revenue through our channel and partner network. This role will collaborate closely with the Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to create scalable marketing initiatives, enable partners with the right tools and content, and help turn our channel into a powerful growth engine
Job Schedule: 9AM - 5PM EST

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute channel marketing strategies to support partner recruitment, enablement, and joint demand generation
- Create and manage co-branded marketing campaigns, partner toolkits, and sales enablement materials
- Collaborate with the Partnerships team to understand partner needs and deliver marketing support that drives results
- Develop, launch and manage partner onboarding and training content to help partners go-to-market more effectively
- Track, measure, and optimize performance of channel campaigns and partner marketing efforts leveraging relevant metrics and technologies
- Own the creation and maintenance of partner-facing assets, newsletters, and communications
- Identify opportunities to scale channel programs and improve partner engagement across the board
- Travel may be required occasionally to attend team onsite meetings, customer events, industry conferences, and training sessions. This may include air travel, ground transportation (including cars, taxis, or rideshare services), and in some cases potential public transportation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal effectiveness at all levels in the organization and across cultures
- Excellent project management, ability to prioritize and efficiently execute a high volume and broad scope of tasks within tight deadlines, competing demands and changes in the work environment.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and performance measurement.
- Understanding of marketing strategies, tactics and best practices.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and techniques
- Develop innovative marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Ability to deal with frequent interruptions, changes, delays, or unexpected events.
- Strong organizational, analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships across departments and partner organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent combination of experience, skills, education (including other relevant non-traditional degree programs, certifications, or job training programs).
- At least five years' experience in channel, partner, or B2B marketing - preferably in B2B SaaS; bonus if the experience extends to HR tech or the HR ecosystem.
- Proven success in developing and executing integrated channel marketing campaigns that drive pipeline
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and the dynamics of indirect sales models
- Familiarity with join value proposition development and partner segmentation a plus
- Experience using tools like Salesforce, Crossbeam, or similar
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and demonstrated ability to learn other applications as needed.
