Now Hiring for Chefs, Catering Cooks, Prep & Line Cooks

Pay: DOE and Position

We are looking to hire dedicated and efficient Cooks to assist with preparing meals according to our standard recipes. In this position, your principal goal will be to prepare high-quality meals. The Cook’s responsibilities include performing basic cooking duties, monitors stock levels, and takes on culinary tasks as they arise. You will also be in charge of ensuring that the kitchen and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained.

To be successful as a Cook, you should demonstrate a sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations to ensure the safety of guests. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and multi-tasking skills. Ultimately, you will play an essential role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and restaurant growth.

Cook Responsibilities: 

  • Check food and ingredients for freshness.
  • Setting up and sanitizing workstations.
  • Cook menu items with the support of the kitchen staff.
  • Measuring ingredients and seasonings, and preparing cooking ingredients.
  • Prepare simple components of each dish on the menu by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.
  • Maintaining a clean, orderly, and sanitized kitchen.
  • Maintaining knowledge of the menu, and ingredients of menu items, including any possible dietary restrictions.
  • Adhering to safety and quality regulations.

Cook Requirements:

  • A food handler's license.
  • Good working knowledge of accepted sanitation standards and health codes.
  • Outstanding communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while providing timely service to guests.
