The role involves conducting chemical & physical testing on metallic samples, using various analytical methods & instruments, & supporting sales w/ accurate analysis. Responsibilities incl prep'g standards/reagents, maintaining lab supplies, ensuring assay precision, & troubleshooting eqpmt. Expertise in Fire Assay Techniques, X-Ray Fluorescence (FischerScope XRAY-XDAL), Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectroscopy (ThermoFisher iCAP PRO XP), & Atomic Absorption is req'd. Exp in ISO-17025 labs, refining AU, AG, PT, PD, RH, IR, & RU from base metals, & proficiency w/ MS Office & rltd s/ware is essential.
