Chief Executive Officer - Miramar, FL. Provide overall direction over the bus., incl execution of growth strategies aimed at the dvlpmt of local production, engg, & service capabilities, & aligning growth strategies w/ the goals of German HQ, as well as leading joint initiatives together w/ the head of global functions in Germany & participating in strategy workshops in German language. Direct factory planning, layout dsgn, & investment prgms for assembly & production & ensure integration into Goldhofer's global IT & SAP infrastructure. Lead & evolve the U.S. team, fostering a high-performance & customer-focused culture. Restructure & dvlp the organization for long-term growth, talent dvlpmt, & operational excellence. Promote knowl transfer between U.S. & German operations & bridge cultural & organizational gaps. Master's Deg in Industrial or Mechanical Engg (or foreign equiv) & 5 yrs of rltd mgmt exp reqd, incl exp w/ supply chain mgmt, production mgmt, & organizational dvlpmt.
