Maintain good public relations, assist site staff, parents and community requesting information

Provides essential back-up to the SIS Manager

May work outside of traditional school day hours due to complexity of data transmissions to ADE and relative assignments/projects

Department Lead for all Synergy Help Request tickets

Assists with creating training sessions and documentation
-
Attends workshops and state meetings relative to ADE, AZ State Reporting and Edupoint/Synergy
-
Collaborates with district departments and all school sites relative to Synergy functionality
-
Assists with ADE-Connect accounts and permissions
-
Troubleshoots Synergy functionality via test environments for upgrades/replication of errors
-
Creates, maintains and terms Synergy accounts.
-
Compiles and creates reports/exports at the district level for various data pulls including district departments and outside agencies
-
Provides support to sites with all Synergy related functionality including notifications, groups, deletes, extracts of data, Synergy Mail, etc.

May assist with Tuition-Out Students including records, enrollment, grades and ADM
-
Lead for Online Registration including research, modifications and new year build
-
Assists with back-end data needs (deletes, setup, configuration changes, Onboarding via Edupoint)

Resolves Integrity errors utilizing assistance from Edupoint when needed

May assist with bell schedules and creating school calendars within Synergy
-
Works with photo vendors for importing student photos into Synergy
-
Collaborates with ESS, Federal Programs, Food Services and other departments to ensure student data needs are entered, reconciled and reporting correctly

Corrects integrity errors in AzEDS daily

Maintain confidentiality of information regarding students, staff, parents and school issues

Provide a welcoming atmosphere for students, staff, parents and community

Works with district personnel/IT for related software applications

Perform responsibilities in an ethical and professional manner

Maintain punctual and regular attendance

Perform other related duties as assigned

Education / Certificate 1. Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, supplemented by appropriate business courses 2. Must have and maintain a valid IVP Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card Experience 1. Must possess a minimum of three years working with Student Information (Synergy preferred) 2. Must possess expert skills in secretarial techniques, office equipment, and computer/data entry 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 4. Must be 21 years of age or older upon hire Communication Skills 1. Must possess the ability to work cooperatively with parents, students, staff and the general public. 2. Strong writing, literacy and communication skills; uses effective communication strategies to interact with a variety of audiences Computer/Technology Skills 1. Must possess ability to use computer programs and student information/database software 2. Knowledge of Google Suite 3.
