The Client Credit A/R - Coordinator role requires a candidate that is ambitious, motivated, and an eager individual, looking to work for an industry-leading, Fortune 5 company. This position is part of our Financial Operations, Revenue Cycle department, which manages key strategic Client financial relationships within CVS Healths Caremark PBM business. In this role, the Analyst will play an instrumental part in the success of the department and organization by managing the customer experience and being responsible for the cash flow management of our Account Receivables.
The Coordinator will manage an assigned region of clients. The region may consist of 500 to 1,200 PBM clients/companies. Each client may vary in terms of size of revenue, and the specific assignment of clients will be at the discretion of the Senior Finance Manager based on the overall needs of the department. The ideal candidate will be able to work with minimal supervision and can manage incoming client requests, issues, and meet strict deadlines/deliverables. Each day the Analyst will be conducting a daily client aging review, following up on past due invoices, monitoring incoming payments, and reissuing or obtaining supporting detail. They must work independently, but also work as part of a team and across departments to resolve client inquires, and complex problems. In addition, the Analyst will be required to assist with payment application, refunds, offsets, and transfers through our case management application. The candidate must also adhere to internal controls and work to maintain the integrity of their accounts.

* 2+ years with Microsoft products such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
* Excellent communication skills, and written abilities
* Detail oriented and ability to solve problems
* Self-starter and can manage a heavy volume of work with multiple tasks at a time
* bachelors degree or equivalent 3+ years of customer service and/ or credit/collections experience
