Reporting to the Director, Client & Resident Experience, the Client Relationship Partner will act as a client advocate and work with internal departments to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied. Successful Client Relationship Partners will develop strong relationships with clients, connect regularly with stakeholders, and forecast and track key satisfaction and retention metrics to demonstrate position return on investment. The Client Relationship Partner will also answer client inquiries and identify new business opportunities. The Client Relationship Partner will liaise with cross-functional internal teams, including Client Support, Operations and Sales, to improve the entire client experience.

This position will support our clients virtually from our Tampa, Florida headquarters location.

RESPONSIBLITIES/DUTIES

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
  • Retain existing revenue through building and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
  • Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to understand and serve their evolving needs
  • Drive the design, development, and execution of the email communication strategy to deliver personalized, targeted, and relevant communications throughout the client journey
  • Engage with internal teams to suggest solutions and innovative ideas to better serve the customer
  • Manage weekly regional issue resolution meeting
  • Partner with local sales executives to introduce new products and services to enhance the existing client relationship
  • Track and record activity on accounts to understand key use cases
  • Conduct MyValet training post-orientation and after community staff turnover
  • Work with the support team to open cases to address client concerns

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to meet client needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field
  • Multifamily industry experience a plus
