Client Services Administrator (Chamblee, GA) Handle inbound & outbound customer service, check-in & logistics coordination related to different flights. Assist operations, dispatch, & flight crews in executing the flight schedule. Explain proposed solutions to customers, management, through proposals & oral presentations. Review logistics performance with customers against targets, benchmarks, & service agreements. Apply appropriate technology to improve logistics processes.
