Job SummaryThe Client Technology Senior Modern Desktop Engineer role is to plan & develop overall logical andtechnical IT engineering plans for all end user IT services, IT support platforms and devices. Thisindividual will provide technical leadership and consulting across the organization, from strategicdecision making down to the project planning level.The senior engineer has experience managing a large end user computing environment usingMECM/SCCM, JAMF or equivalent with a deep knowledge of new IT End User Device Technologies,ITIL based processes and best practices, which include desktops, tablet, mobile, Cloud Architecture,networking, servers, storage, telephony and virtualization.The position mentors' other engineers on the team on the solutions developed with a focus on upleveling technical skills and overall team best practices. and performs technical evaluations and proofof-concepts that often include collaboration with vendors and partners with IT and security leaders toassess and set the technical roadmap for the team.What You Bring/Job Requirements

Bachelor degree from an accredited institution in a field of study related to the work assignment. Additional appropriateexperience will substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for year basis.
Minimum Experience Requirements5 years of experience supporting Windows 10 at a Tier III level in a large complex corporate ITenvironment preferably in a health care settingExpert knowledge and hand on experience of SCCM, Flexera, Active Directory, Group Policy andPowerShellUnderstand MSI packaging best practices and standards and an understanding of softwaredeployment leveraging Microsoft SCCMHold a high bar for code quality and standards by reviewing, approving and providing feedback oncode submission by your team and peers.Acts as the primary contact for processing security requests and keep up with industry best practices,trends and standard.Responsible for writing and maintaining procedural and design documentationYour Connected Community
