POSITION SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Intake Supervisor, the position is responsible for assisting with all aspects of admitting new clients into the residential program(s), providing case management services, discharge, and performing various clinical responsibilities. Performs a variety of administrative and clinical duties, including may provide transportation needs of the agency clients.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field plus six months to one-year related experience in a behavioral health field. Experience working within a residential program, with adolescents, delinquency and substance abuse preferred. .
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations Required:
Must have and maintain a valid Arizona Driver's License and an acceptable driving record. If using personal vehicle for business, must provide proof and maintain automobile insurance coverage on designed personal vehicle(s). Maintain a valid and unexpired Fingerprint Clearance Card. Able to obtain CPR (adult and infant), CPI and First Aid certification, before working unsupervised.

Ability to work a flexible schedule required to fulfill duties of position; this may include days, nights, evenings, and/or weekends; including assisting with coverage at other campuses within the agency. At times, individuals must work in a fast-paced environment to handle and prioritize multiple competing tasks and demands and seek supervisory assistance as appropriate.
Effective January 3, 2022, all CPLC Employees and all Service Providers, are required to be Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19. Newly hired employees, who are not Fully Vaccinated at the time of hire, are expected to begin a vaccination series immediately upon hire. CPLC recognizes medical and religious exemptions to the COVID-19 vaccination requirement, in accordance with applicable law and upon approval by CPLC. However, any person approved for an exemption, without exception, is subject to masking, weekly COVID-19 testing at their expense, and other requirements established by CPLC from time to time.
