ABOUT OUR ADULT SERVICES DIVISION

For adults with serious mental illness, recovery and success in life depends on good mental and physical health, as well as having satisfying relationships, safe housing, purpose in life, a sense of belonging, and hope for the future. We help people define their personal goals for recovery and manage their symptoms so they can achieve those goals. With our integrated health services, care and support, they discover strengths they didnt know they had and are able to build futures filled with hope, meaning, and wellness.

POSITION SUMMARY

Provides clinical and administrative supervision, clinical oversight, training, and mentoring for Case Managers and Rehabilitation Specialists on assigned team. Ensures clinical quality and productivity standards are met or exceeded by direct reports. Ensures that assessments and individual service plans are developed and implemented (according to ADHS/DBHS guidelines) for each recipient on their team.

Thorough and working knowledge of psychiatric and co-occurring disorders is imperative. Knowledge of DSM-VTR codes and descriptions, psychotropic medications and crisis intervention. Must display excellent leadership skills. Requires effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to follow direction, use of sound judgment and excellent time management skills are essential. Must maintain good recipient relationships, and be able to identify priorities and stay organized. Preferred typing skills of 25-40 wpm. Knowledge of community based behavioral health services preferred. Specialized knowledge of co-occurring substance abuse disorder assessment and treatment and housing needs assessments and resources is preferred.
