Cloud Engineering Manager

Cloud Engineering Manager is sought by Auxis Managed Solutions, LLC in Plantation, FL. 40hrs/wk. full-time telecommuting permitted. Manage department staff, focusing on resolve personnel and client issues. Provide guidance to departments technical resource and ensure their work is organized to maximize delivery for the highest customer satisfaction. Ability to lead team hiring efforts, identify staff growth opportunities, recommend challenging assignments for team members and increase teams’ knowledge and expertise.

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or foreign equivalent. Position also requires 4 years of experience in an IT architect/lead position. Experience managing and/or supporting IT Cloud platforms, and security tools or monitoring systems. Experience leading or managing staff and providing technical advice to team members and clients. Strong ability to identify quality talent, manage team performance and presenting to upper management. AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification required.
