What We Do

At 3Sharp, we leverage our technical marketing expertise to help our enterprise clients tell a better product story with great demos and visuals that inform and excite their customers. We immerse ourselves in technology to identify the most compelling story of a product and then build, deploy, and support solutions that meet our clients' objectives.

We offer three main types of technical marketing solutions:

• Demo Content - End to end technical demo assistance, from building content rich environments with authentic scenarios and personas; creating demo guides with comprehensive scripts and talk tracks; through video production with desktop and mobile support.

• Live Event Support - On-site/virtual, global event support for keynote, expo floor, and lab demos at customer events.

This is a full-time role, offering great exposure to the latest hybrid cloud technologies. This is a mid-career level position, ideally suited for someone with 4-6 years of relevant industry experience managing or administering both cloud and on-premises infrastructure. Prior experience in product management or public cloud administration, preferably in security, is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will have most of the following qualifications:

• Technical writing and storytelling: Experience working with new technologies and understanding technical details with an ability to translate complex features into an effective and compelling story.
• Ability to create documentation and training assets.
• Ability to take abstract concepts and turning them into marketing material.
• Thorough knowledge of modern security solutions like SIEM, IAM, RBAC, etc.
• Experience with the Microsoft solutions for these such as: Microsoft Defender 365, MCAS, Azure AD, etc. are highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of automation scripts (PowerShell, ARM deployment templates, Azure CLI).
• Experience configuring and baselining physical devices (e.g. Windows 10, iOS devices) and virtual environments (e.g. Windows Server VMs on Hyper-V, Azure IaaS or AWS, VMware with vCenter).
• Experience configuring Microsoft Endpoint Management (MDM\Intune).
• Deep technical understanding of networking and virtualization technologies.

The following qualifications are highly desirable or expected after 6-12 months on the job:

• Technical aptitude and enthusiasm: You can learn new technologies and understand them. Youre enthusiastic about the tech industry and understand the market.
• Attitude of welcoming feedback and willingness to be coached and implement feedback.
• Excellent interpersonal communication: Your tendency is to ask for clarification or help rather than decide and hope it is right. You ask questions early and often.
• Confident presentation of yourself, your work, and your team in client-facing situations.
• Ability to roll with changes and respond to shifting priorities with appropriate alacrity and humor.
• Experience with Azure monitoring tools.
• Experience with Azure hosted Windows Virtual Desktop environments.
• Experience in code repository management and DevOps using TFS, Azure DevOps (formerly Visual Studio Online), Git, SVN, etc.
• Practical experience on Linux-based systems.
