The Commercial Banking Assistant II oversees the initial commercial loan application processing through to closing and booking the transaction. This includes renewals and modifications along with ongoing support for the client needs, as well as being the direct contact with the client, and internal Credit and Loan Operations departments.
The Commercial Banking Assistant II is a critical role on the Commercial Banking Team and is meant for those with masterful organization skills, a problem-solving mind, and a commitment to teamwork.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or GED plus 1-3 years customer service experience
- Cash handling & high quality customer service experience required
- Ability to communicate with confidence, enthusiasm, and professionalism
- College degree and banking experience highly preferred
