Construction & Services Manager sought by an HVAC and maintenance services company in Miami, FL to: Provide technical advice to industrial projects regarding design, construction, and structural repairs regarding the plumbing and AC systems; Plan and design transportation of structures; Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety and sanitation standards; Manage and direct the construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project sites; Reqmts: 2 years of experience in the Job offered; 2 Years of experience working with CAD Software; 2 years of experience working with Management Project software such as Microsoft Project, HCSS Heavy Bid or Oracle Primavera Enterprise Project, Portfolio Management; Be certified with License of Construction Industry (General, Mechanical and Plumbing Contractor), PMP.
