Consultant-Project Manager, NY, NY. Lead executive compensation consulting projects, ensuring accuracy, timeliness & strategic alignment. Manage client communications, project timelines & coord'n across multiple stakeholders. Apply advanced techn'l knowl to incentive plan dsgn, fin'l modeling & cost analysis. Interpret & apply governance, acctg, tax & SEC disclosure reqmts to client prgms. Conduct complex fin'l performance analyses to support metric selection & goal setting. Dvlp intellectual capital, thought leadership & best practices for executive compensation consulting. Present findings & recommendations to sr. mgmt & boards of directors. Reqmts: Bachelor's deg in bus., economics or rltd social science fields, + 4 yrs of exp in similar position involving executive compensation consulting, incl conducting comprehensive compensation, fin'l & performance analysis using SEC filings, proprietary d/bases & other sources; evaluating mkt trends & executive pay practices to dvlp strategic recommendations aligned w/ client bus. goals; providing consultative support on executive compensation prgms; prep'g presentations & providing support during presentations to board members & top executives.
