CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR
Job Description
SunTalk is a local solar installation company looking for an contract administrator to help with daily production. Person must be willing to learn, detail-oriented, self-motivated, organized, and an excellent communicator.
This position will work closely in day-to-day operation- such as setting up projects and organizing project materials, as well as in customer service and data entry. Preferred background includes a high school education and experience with MS Office, as well as an interest in the renewable energy industry. Applicant must have dependable transportation and some experience working in an office environment.

Responsibilities
- Payroll entry and entering Payroll Reports
- Creating organizational project materials
- Receive and distribute project documentation from the field
- Customer Correspondence
- Filing field paperwork
- Learning and using company software
- Job set up and organization
- Weekly meeting preparation
Requirements
- High school diploma
- MS Office
- Ability to quickly learn new software
- Minimum 1 year experience working in an office environment
