Corporate Security Badging Analyst $18.00

General Work Hours Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 4:30PM

Duties are carried out in our clients newly renovated and stunning facilities located in downtown Louisville, Kentucky. Invest your time in tackling unique and challenging projects, daily task fulfillment, operational reviews, badging program direction while at the same time providing exceptional concierge services to the Associate population. The Corporate Badging Analyst is a multi-faceted position requiring a highly motivated individual who thrives on face-to-face interaction.

General duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage end-to-end Access Control Requests System (card access)
  • Create badge access for associates and assigning badge access levels
  • Create and disseminate badge audits, reports, and metrics
  • Perform service troubleshooting and basic vendor coordination for service calls
  • Issue and track temporary access cards issued to associates and vendors
  • Provide support or answer questions and address concerns pertaining to guest or associate issues regarding building access or entry
  • Monitor the shared inbox to triage access requests, take action on requests and provide start-to-end support for enterprise card access requests

Expected Results:

o Provide a high level of customer service by greeting and directing associates, guests, vendors with professionalism, courtesy and enthusiasm

  • Partner with other teams to facilitate entry into buildings

o Ensure full compliance with all safety guidelines and badging protocols

o Conduct and review badge audits, reports, and metrics reporting

Required Skills:

o Ability to learn quickly and have an immediate impact on client services

o Effective communication skills and relationship building

o Strong computer skills, the ability to quickly learn client systems and other technologies as needed

o The ability to work in a team environment but also to work independently
