Conduct initial analysis of drawings & specs to ensure determine scope of work & projected project &/or task cost estimates. Dvlp full-scope estimates based on Dsgn-Build or CM/GC construction docs. $50,000.00/yr. Bachelor's deg in Construction Mgmt, or Construction Science, or closely rltd, + 24 mos of exp in job offd or as Estimator, Construction Estimator or closely rltd.
