Job Description
We are looking for experienced, driven Licensed Health Insurance Agents to join our new direct to consumer inbound call center as Customer Sales Agents. This is a telesales position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide exceptional service and insurance solutions to new and current customers seeking Medicare health coverage.
- Provide superior customer support via phone, email, or face-to-face communication in a timely and accurate manner.
- Identify customer needs through active listening and find appropriate product and service solutions to meet customer needs.
- Provide call back and follow up calls as needed.
- Complete coverage applications for clients during sales calls and/or appointments.
- Meet all production and quality standards. Complete all required training classes.
- Work closely with Customer Service team and transfer calls as needed.
- Assist with training new team members as needed.
Qualifications include:
- High School Diploma or GED required. Associates Degree plus.
- Health insurance license in PA required.
- Minimum of 2 years call center experience preferred.
- Office experience a plus.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is helpful, particularly Medicare.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially over the phone.
- Experience with Microsoft Office required. PC skills are required.
