Job Description

We are seeking Full time (4 days a week) OR Weekend only Dispatchers for a company in the North Austin , Area.

$16/hr

Temp to Perm

1st, 2nd and 3rd shift available

4 day- 10 hours shift

Qualifications:

Must have availability open from 6am-10pm
Must be able to train -Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm (hours may vary)
Full time / Temp to perm position
Excellent communication skills.
Must have knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Must be proficient with inbound and outbound calls.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service agents can put themselves in the customers shoes and problem solving comes naturally.
Dispatches roadside assistance requests in a timely manner to service providers using a variety of communication channels
Answering inbound phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and customers.
Escalates service issues, concerns, complaints and incorrectly created calls
Meet daily and monthly performance objectives as outlined in our Standard Operating Procedure

Must be able to pass a minimum of 30 WPM. typing test, background and drug screen.
