A local Home Care and Home Health company established in Tucson for over 10 years is seeking an experienced Home Care Client Service Manager to join our team. A motivated, positive and professional manager is what we are looking for. If you have a proven track record of motivating for success, excellent attention to detail and accuracy, superior customer service skills, we look forward to meeting with you!The Client Service Manager is responsible to supervise and manage all staffing needs of our patients by contacting and scheduling staff on an ongoing manner. The CS Manager supervises all Recruitment, Hiring, Training and ongoing management of caregivers.Client Service Manager also provides excellent customer service when communicating with patients. Must be able to to remain calm, professional and dedicated to customer service while under stress. Marketing and Patient visits are included in the CS Manager roleOn Call Duties Required on Rotation

Education requirements

Associates Degree Preferred

Experience requirements

Must have 2 years experience in a busy office environment, capable of supervising others and developing success in staff and customer satisfaction. Must be able to pass a Background Check with Fingerprinting Card

Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Internet, and handling a multiple line phones
