DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• Job Title: Customer Service Representative
• Location: Southwest Houston
• Pay: up to $20.00 per hour DOE
• Hours: 8:30am 5:00pm
• Duration: Temporary
• Description of Duties: Effectively manage a high volume of incoming calls. Provide exceptional customer service to address questions and concerns within company guidelines. Support commercial insurance team by updating client information, update claim changes in the system, make payments and changes on policies, other customer service and clerical duties as needed. Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Requirements: Prior Customer service or Call Center experience. Multitasker with effective listening skills. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment.
