DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• Job Title: Customer Service Representative
• Location: Northwest Houston, TX
• Pay: $15
• Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
• Duration: Temp to Hire
• Description of Duties: Answer general customer service calls from customers who are inquiring about their account balance and status of their services. Work directly with customers at a payment window collecting customer payments and assisting with payment arrangements for their account.
• Requirements: 1 year experience as a customer service representative that works both in person and by phone with customers. Candidate should have previous experience with Microsoft Word and Excel software skills, this role requires advanced data entry 10- key by touch, alpha numeric data entry, and ability to complete math calculations and data entry on a customer's account. Previous experience working in a billing department is a plus skill.
