Your Responsibilities as an Office Professional
As an Office Professional, you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless communication and organization, contributing to the success of our Service Professionals.
- Lead management and Scheduling - you will be responsible for inbound and outbound customer communications while organizing work and managing schedules for our Service Professionals
- Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers - Youll communicate with customers to guide them through their projects and assist with managing their expectations.
- Create Life-Long Customers - Deliver a great experience that wows every customer. You will follow the Mr. Handyman Way - a repeatable process that makes it easy to impress the customer every time.

Pay:
We prioritize your well-being and growth. As a valued member of our team, you can expect a pay range for this position that is between $15.00 and $20.00 an hour, depending on your experience in customer service and proficiency with software and technology.
