Customer Service Reps

Gould Intelligent (an Arizona company) is seeking 2 Customer Service Reps for a short term contract in downtown Phoenix, AZ. Work will be onsite, Mon – Fri, 8 am to 5 pm. Pay is $18/hr.

Candidates will be answering incoming calls from employees regarding open enrollment. Candidates must have one year of call center experience. Preferred candidates will have experience with either open enrollment or benefits.

Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis for any U.S. employer without sponsorship (no 3rd parties or corp to corp), currently reside in the Phoenix metro area, be able to start with 2 weeks’ notice, and be able to pass relevant background check. Email Word version of resume to hr@gouldintelligent.com and reference #AZ 13634. Include current city location. Resumes without location information will not be considered.
