Data Integrity Analyst - Student Information System (Effective 2022-2023 SCHOOL YEAR)

SUMMARY

Leads efforts to maintain integrity of Student Information System data. Coordinates efforts to ensure comprehensive and accurate State and Federal reporting mechanisms.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science or related field AND one year of experience in auditing attendance accounting data and State/Federal reports.

OR

Associates degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science or related field AND five years of experience in auditing attendance accounting data and State/Federal reports.

Any training or experience in Student Information System Software, such as Synergy SIS.

Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions.

Dropout Intervention Experience; Synergy and ADE Connect ExperienceAny equivalent combination of experience, training, or education.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of Arizona Department of Education requirements for student membership and absences.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE

FBI fingerprint background check.

Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.

Classification: White Collar

FTE: .5 - 3.5 hours per day

Work Calendar: 9.5 month

Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
