We are seeking a highly talented Data Maintenance Specialist that will be responsible for setting up new suppliers (domestic and international), as well as, new customers including item and brand information. This role will also be responsible for data maintenance for suppliers or customers in the event of a modifications including but not limited to mergers/acquisitions and brokerage agreement adjustments. S/he will review all brokerage agreements for completeness and work closely with Customer/Client teams to ensure setup is accurate according to agreement.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate and timely setup of new customer information
• Accurate and timely setup of new supplier information or modifications due to Mergers/Acquisitions
• Accurate and timely setup of customer/supplier relationships
• Accurate and timely setup of new item/price information and brand setup
• Accurately setup/maintain brokerage rate changes, letters and contract processes
• Resolve brokerage calculation issues
• Timely distribution of item specifications from the DIG mailbox to the appropriate specialist for that category so items can be built.

Qualifications:

• Basic Computer Skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook, & web browsers
• Good Written & Verbal Communication Skills
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Strong Priortizing Skills
• Ability to Gather Data, Compile Information, & Prepare Reports
