Delinquency Associate - Default Processing

The Default Processing department is responsible for the foreclosure review and referral process.  The team assists in sending out demand letters, ensures document and system accuracy, and facilitates the assigning of the loan to local foreclosure attorneys. The Delinquency Associate position is responsible for reviewing defaulted mortgage loans to ensure that all required steps are completed prior to foreclosure action.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Reviewing loan origination documents, default letters, and servicing notes to ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable laws/regulations.

Position Requirements:

• 1-3 years’ experience in a role involving the review of detailed documents or processes with proven productivity and quality performance.

• Strong attention to detail
• Strong time management skills and a capacity to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
