Locations: This program has positions available at multiple work office locations across the country. By applying to this position, you understand that you will be considered for opportunities at these multiple locations. Your final location will be assigned and shared with you closer to your start date.

Office locations with program and/or a larger cohort of participants Include: NY-New York City, MA-Boston, Co-Denver, GA-Alpharetta, IL-Chicago, AZ-Phoenix.

The salary rate for this role is $80,000. Please disregard the range listed.

Our CVS Health Digital Academy Program (DAP) is a two-year training opportunity for passionate, driven people who want to join a high energy and growing team to make a difference in customers lives and who want to be on the ground floor of digital innovation that aims to reinvent what a health care company can be. You will be developing solutions to some of the most challenging digital healthcare problems. In this program, you will have a tremendous opportunity to leverage technologies to research, design, develop, and test compelling digital health experiences that will help tens of millions of lives.

The Digital Academy cohort is represented by distinct functions in Digital (e.g., Agile Transformation Office, Customer Success & Operations, Product Management, and Strategy).

Program Highlights:
Full time two-year program in which participants are matched to an important role on a CVS Health Enterprise Digital team. Placements (assigned based on business need, interests & previous experiences) Product Owners in Product Management, Scrum Masters in the Agile Transformation Office, Analysts, Digital Strategy, and Voice of the Customer.

Dedicated cohort training, mentoring, and exposure to senior leadership.

Program participants will be the pipeline for future leadership opportunities across CVS Health Enterprise Digital.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 35,360
Maximum: 56,500

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
Meet educational requirements (see education section)
Demonstrated leadership experience.
Strong research, analytical, written communication, and oral presentation skills.
Well organized and able to work under pressure and prioritize among multiple projects with limited supervision.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships across diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership experience. Examples include active roles in student or social organization activities, sports, or school or work-related projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Internship, co-op, or project experience in relevant areas (strategy, management consulting, digital, software, healthcare, retail)
Adaptability and flexibility for a dynamic work environment
Experienced in collaboration tools (e.g., Air table, Rally, Microsoft Teams, Confluence, Miro, etc.)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience presenting in front of high-level stakeholders and ability to support preparation of presentations for leadership
Entrepreneurial with knowledge or interest in the startup or tech landscape
Use of ServiceNow or other defect tracking tools
Knowledge of Web-based debug tools
Prior internship, co-op, or project experience in relevant areas (business, retail, healthcare, IT, digital, software)
Technology savvy with an eye for continually improving customer experience

Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.
