As the Digital Product Senior Manager, Medicaid, you will be delivering improved digital experiences for a strategic, fast-growing business at Aetna. You will prioritize projects based on business and customer needs; evaluate and build site experiences and integrations. You will put the customer first, monitor the competitive landscape, understand our technical capabilities, and champion differentiating user experiences.
This team sits within Marketing Technology and manages Aetnas digital properties for the Medicaid business. You will report to MarTech Product Management Lead Director, Medicaid.
You job responsibilities will be to:
* Act as a Product Owner for an Agile Scrum Team and drive the team to execute on the product roadmap
* Manage and prioritize ongoing inbound project requests from multiple business owners
* Work closely with cross-functional partners in design, technology, product and operations to define and refine business requirements
* Lead end-to-end website launches, from requirements gathering to post-launch analysis
* Lead product update roll-outs across multiple sites and manage customizations required by multiple stakeholders
* Meet all control requirements to ensure successful, compliant product launches
* Manage relationships with both your department leaders, business owners, IT organization, Customer Experience SMEs and creative teams
* Interpret user research, behavioral data, and competitive analysis to identify areas for improvement and new opportunities
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 95,000
Maximum: 209,000
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
* 4+ years of experience in a corporate or agency setting
* Digital product management experience - ideally B2C in a regulated industry
* Experience with Agile / Scrum, defining stories, populating, and prioritizing backlogs with product tools (JIRA or Rally)
* Experience with the Adobe stack (AEM, Target, Analytics)
* Experience in Health Care, specifically Medicaid
* Experience in a highly matrixed or enterprise organization

Education
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (HS Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience).
MBA or other relevant graduate degree helpful but not required.
