SWA - Weblisting / Derek HARASIUK (2026, Refile) Caesars Enterprise Services, LLC is seeking a Director of Revenue Management for its Las Vegas, NV office. Job Duties: Manage a team of pricing analysts and experts; Provide daily support to the Directors and VPs of Revenue Optimization. Research additional revenue-generating processes and implement new procedures; Develop analytical skills and contribute to department's continuous improvement; Manage non-lodging performance for a property or portfolio of properties with goal to grow market share, and beat cash revenue targets while maintaining lodging contribution to casino gaming targets; Develop opportunities for incremental EBITDA-generation across the enterprise, including, but not limited to, hotels, pools, restaurants, function space, and sportsbooks. 10% domestic travel required. Requirements: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Revenue Management, or a related field; plus two (2) years of experience in each of the following:
" Manage to revenue management, marketing, forecasting and pricing function within in hospitality industry; Manage reservations system technology to achieve maximum capacity in reservation systems; Conduct data analysis on marketing, operations and financial information and statistical modeling to establish policies and strategies for hospitality profitability; Experience in using predictive and historical models in multi-segmented markets with dynamic pricing; Manage databases utilizing LMS, AS400, VBA, or SQL.
