About the Role:

We are seeking a Director of HCBS to oversee our Central and Southern Arizona in-home operations. This key leadership role ensures our high standards are consistently met and that every individual we support receives the care and respect they deserve.

This position will have responsibilities in monitoring and improving our systems and processes around recruiting, retention, and overall service provision. Strong interpersonal, relationship building skills are a must. This position will require an eye for quality assurance and detail, strong leadership abilities, a high sense of urgency, reliable follow through, the ability to make decisions confidently and a passion for serving our community. Living by our values, EMPATHY, is crucial.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of in-home programs.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and quality standards, including electronic visit verification.
  • Resolving billing denials.
  • Hiring, training, and supervising staff.
  • Conducting audits and managing program budgets.
  • Monitoring documentation, quality assurance, and service delivery.
  • Serving as a key administrative contact, being on-call and carrying a company phone for emergency responses.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Prior supervisory or management experience.
  • Ability to pass a fingerprint background check.
  • A valid driver’s license and a relatively clean driving record.
  • Willingness to complete and pass all required AIRES training.
