Pay Range

$76. 14 - $107.55/hr

The Centura Health Director of Information Security will act as the Deputy CISO and play a crucial role in leading, maturing and continuously improving our enterprise-wide security architecture & solutions, cyber governance, risk & compliance, assessment and testing and enterprise security with focus on business enablement in a highly regulated environment and support the CISO in overall security program leadership. As a hands-on player-coach, establish a vision and strategy, then lead planning and execution of security architecture, application security, could security, data security and infrastructure security.

What You Bring/Job Requirements

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, information security, computer Science or related field is required.
• A security-related certification such as the CISSP, CISA, CISM, GIAC is required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security may be considered in lieu of certification requirement.
• 15 + years in an enterprise security role or as a system/network administrator.
• 7+ years IT or Information Security Leadership Experience.
• Multi-disciplinary expertise and experience in domains such as application development, application security, security operations, cybersecurity monitoring, vulnerability management, incident management/response, identity and access management, or cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Established knowledge with respect to governance, regulatory, and compliance frameworks such as HITRUST, NIST CSF, ISO2700X, and PCI-DSS
• Experience building and leading exceptional teams, with the capability to develop and guide information security team members and IT operations personnel, and work with minimal supervision.
• Able to collaborate at all levels with the team and push yourself and the team outside of their comfort zone
• Excellent relationship building skills - will leverage these skills to partner with technical and business leaders
• Excellent verbal and written skills and be comfortable presenting ideas and issues to different levels within and outside of the organization, to include; executive leadership, customers, auditors, etc.
• Ability to remain current on security industry trends and attacker tools, techniques, and procedures
• In-depth knowledge of the security vendor landscape and ability to manage 3rd party security providers

This position may be eligible for relocation and/or bonus incentive.
