Director of Product Innovation at SMRT Systems, Inc., 1017 Main Campus Dr., Ste 1600, Raleigh, NC 27606. Lead initiatives to streamline software development operations and data processing pipeline. Requires a Master's Degree in Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, or Management Information Systems; and 2 years experience in AI Model Development and Deployment. Experience must include: Talent acquisition and development with a key role in mentoring software developers and project managers in the Generative Artificial Intelligence-Computer Vision ("AI-CV") domain; leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative product development; building industry-specific deep learning models to deploy AI systems at scale; and leading migration from on-premise to edge deployment.
