Job Description:

McDonalds is on an exciting journey to transform our enterprise data, analytics, and AI function and turn our data into a winning advantage for the system. We are seeking a McDonalds PMO lead to oversee the enterprise data, analytics, and AI transformation program and coordinate all project management activities. This individual will lead a workstream focused on ensuring on time delivery of project objectives through project management rigor, communication of key project milestones and outcomes, and management of risks. The Enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI team is responsible for turning the systems data into a winning advantage through delivery of data products, platforms, analytics, and services to the system.


  • Provides leadership, direction, and support to the DAA program and workstream teams.
  • Collaborates with leadership and Accenture to define project objectives, scope, and delivery.
  • Facilitates cross-functional collaboration and communication between the DAA program to ensure alignment and stakeholder engagement.
  • Leads strategic initiatives to optimize the project delivery process and drive continuous improvement to ensure the success of the project.
  • Keeps track of the DAA program status to provide visibility to leadership.
  • Establishes a program governance framework and tracks workstream performance to monitor the project progress.
  • Directly influences the definition of the functional strategy of a corporate function and executes the strategy to drive the operational direction of a sub-function
  • 10+ years experience in project management methodologies, tools, techniques. Ability lead the programs project management and work with senior leadership.
  • Professional Qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Education Background: Bachelors and/or masters degree in Business Administration, IT or a related field.
  • Leadership and Team Management Experience: Strong leaderships skills to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals and deadlines. This person must also have prior experience managing leadership.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Strong problem-solving skills to drive decisions and ensure the success of the program. Must have prior experience driving organizational change and adoption of new process or technologies.
  • Business Acumen: Have basic understand of business operations, financial management principles, and risk management practices.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Must have experience managing multiple project and/or workstreams.
  • Professional Acumen: Project management certification (e.g., PMP)
