About the Role:

We are seeking a District Director to oversee our Casa Grande area operations, including residential group homes. This key leadership role ensures our high standards are consistently met and that every individual we support receives the care and respect they deserve.

Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing the daily operations of multiple service programs.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.
• Hiring, training, and supervising staff.
• Conducting audits and managing program budgets.
• Monitoring documentation, quality assurance, and service delivery.
• Serving as a key administrative contact and carrying a company phone for emergency responses.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Prior supervisory or management experience.
• Ability to pass a fingerprint background check.
• A valid driver’s license and a relatively clean driving record.
• Willingness to complete and pass all required AIRES training.
