Overview

Enterprise has an exciting opportunity for a full time Tire and Lube Technician at our Service Center in Louisville, KY! The Maintenance Technician performs car and truck service, repair, preventive maintenance, in-fleeting service, and buy back/turn back service according to company policy and procedures. This is a position of routine difficulty requiring the exercise of reasonable judgment and initiative. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.

The starting pay for this position is $15.00

 

Must be able to work the following schedule:

Shift A: Monday 3:00PM – 11:30PM, Thursday 1:00PM-8:30PM, Friday 1:00PM-8:30PM, Saturday 1:00PM-8:30PM, Sunday 1:00PM-8:30PM

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all repairs and preventative maintenance are completed according to the manufacturer's specifications and guidelines.
  • Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventative maintenance.
  • Perform in-fleet servicing on used vehicles according to company procedures as required
  • Maintain safe and clean work area.
  • Perform other related duties as required.


Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience handling mechanical service procedures to perform fleet maintenance activities OR must have graduated from Mechanic trade school.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and have the ability to lift, carry, push or pull a variety of tools, equipment and materials; and balance, stoop, kneel and crouch (medium duty labor).
  • Apart from religious observances, must have open availability to work 8:00am - 4:30pm Thursday-Monday (40 hours per week)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
  • A minimum of basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office Products required.
  • Must be able to work the following schedule:
