The Endpoint & Mobility Enablement team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to be a key technology lead as we transform the software, solutions and services we provide for the enterprise.  We are looking for someone with broad knowledge in endpoint and mobile application management tools, mobile app development, securing data on various endpoints, mobile connectivity solutions and iPhone, iPad and Android deployments in a large enterprise.  This Software Sr Engineer will be regarded across the enterprise as an expert in multiple identified areas of expertise with responsibility for developing standards and enterprise-wide best practices and for engineering complex, largescale technology solutions to address highly complex and cross-organizational issues. This candidate must maintain a knowledge of other technology engineering disciplines and collaborating with other key experts to ensure we are making the right technology choices for Wells Fargo. Translates advanced technology experience, an in-depth knowledge of the organizations tactical and strategic business objectives, the enterprise technological environment, the organization structure, and strategic technological opportunities and requirements into technical engineering solutions. Expert resource for architects in the development of target architectures to ensure that they can be properly designed and implemented through sound engineering practices. Maintains knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies and recommends innovations that enhance operations and/or provide a competitive advantage to the organization. Provides expert counsel to senior technology leadership and advises and mentors others with the goal of knowledge transfer. Will represent Wells Fargo to external industry groups, influencing industry standards. Expert resource for architects in the development of target architectures to ensure that they can be properly designed and implemented through sound engineering practices.  Represents Wells Fargo to external industry groups, influencing industry standards.

• 7+ years of software engineering experience

• An industry-standard technology certification
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• 3+ years of product management experience

• 5+ years as the Subject Matter Expert for a technical solution in a large enterprise
• Ability to influence management on technical or business solutions.
• Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership in the infrastructure development space.
• Experience in leading / facilitating analysis of current systems and problem identification and resolution.
• Ability to lead / facilitate technically complex discussions and working sessions in person or via teleconference.
• 3+ years working with device or software management solutions
• 3+ years delivering customer focused mobile solutions
• 3+ years delivery customer focused solutions

• Flexibility to address incidents as needed 24 hours a day
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
